To ensure effective project management and implementation within any set timeframe and budget, a Project Management Team, is in place to oversee the implementation of the all construction works of the company. The Project Management team led by the Projects Manager oversees the engagement of the services of various consultants and contractors to undertake specific assignments pertaining to specific stages of project implementation. An abundance of highly qualified professionals actively employed in construction including surveyors, architects, engineers, property managers, project managers, etc. as well as unskilled labour.
