Building on your own piece of land
We can surely build on your own piece of land. We will however need to carry out checks at the land registry to ensure the land is registered in your name and that there are no ongoing disputes on the land. We require the land title and all other evident of purchase or evidence of ownership before we commence the project.
If you want to build but dont have land:
Trevleonards estates have lands all over Accra and outside Accra. We have lands in areas such as Adenda, Dodowa, Oyarefa, and Aburi to name but a few.
